The Gary SouthShore RailCats believe that all baseball clubs have a special opportunity to contribute to their communities and the RailCats are committed to having a positive impact within the City of Gary as well as the Northwest Indiana region.  We receive many requests each year and in order to support as many functions as possible, we try our best to accommodate one donation item or player/mascot appearance per year, per organization or cause. Monetary donation requests are not accepted.

Due to the large amount of requests we get, all organizations are required to mail or fax (F:219-882-2259) their request on their official letter head four weeks prior to the event.  Please include the event date, time, location, and purpose.  Letters can be mailed to:
