Biography:

Minor was acquired from the Winnipeg Goldeyes along with cash considerations and four players to be named later on Aug. 10 for pitcher Charle Rosario. Minor finished without a record and a 5.23 ERA in 21 relief appearances for the Goldeyes and held opponents to a .253 opponents batting average. The 26-year-old also struck out 24 batters in 20.2 innings while walking just four. Minor began his professional baseball career in 2012 after getting drafted by the Houston Astros in the ninth round of the 2012 MLB Draft out of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Minor spent parts of four seasons in the Astros minor league system, reaching as high as Double-A.
