In his second season at Prairie View A&M, Lingua repeated and improved upon his prior success, slashing .406/.506/.540 across 52 games. In 202 at-bats, he had 82 hits, 11 doubles, five triples, two home runs and 49 RBI. He also improved on his stolen base total, swiping 37 bags in the 2019 campaign. In this season, Lingua set season bests in every major offensive category. 


After his time with ACC, Lingua transferred to Prairie View A&M in Prairie View, TX for his final two college seasons. In his first year, Lingua slashed .350/.489/.412 across 53 games. In 177 at-bats, Lingua had 62 hits with 22 runs driven in. He also made a major impact on the bases, stealing 14 bases and scoring 50 runs.
