After the collegiate season ended, Vincent signed with the Alpine Cowboys of the independent Pecos League. With the Cowboys, Vincent was a starter, compiling a 1-1 record in three games started. Vincent racked up a 4.15 ERA and 20 strikeouts with just four walks.
Eastern Connecticut State
Vincent had a stellar 2021 for his final season in collegiate baseball. As a starter in his second year at ECSU, he racked up 80 strikeouts and 23 walks on his way to a 6-2 record and 1.72 ERA in 9 games started and 62.2 innings pitched.
In his first season at Eastern Connecticut State, Vincent did not see much action, as he only threw nine innings and made just two starts. However, he managed to strike out seven, walk three, and go 1-1 with a 3.00 ERA in those two games, so he made the most of his chances.
In 2019, Vincent took a small step back for Chowan, only throwing in 34.1 innings and making six starts as opposed to the ten of the year prior. In those starts, Vincent went 3-1 with a 4.15 ERA, and managed to double the number of strikeouts to the number of walks. Vincent struck out 31 while only walking 15 in 2019.
In Vincent's first collegiate season at Chowan University, he threw 58 innings and made ten starts for the Hawks, going 6-2 with a 5.74 ERA. In those starts, Vincent racked up 50 strikeouts and 22 walks for a solid first season in college ball.
