Throughout the year, we receive numerous requests from organizations seeking help for their fundraising activities.

Requests must be in written form and received a minimum of two weeks prior to the event date.  Requests are reviewed chronological, two to four weeks prior to the event date. 

Donation requests will be fulfilled with undated ticket vouchers to a Gary SouthShore RailCats home game.

• Name, date, purpose of event, and Tax ID number (if applicable)
• Contact person’s name and phone number
• Name of organization sponsoring event
• How the money raised will be used
• Self-addressed stamped envelope if requesting donation to be mailed
