Northwest Indiana Libraries can take advantage of Anthem’s Summer Reading Program! Participants in the Library Program can take advantage of (2) complimentary tickets per program participant to a select RailCats game during the 2023 season. Each library will also enjoy a visit from Rusty the RailCat!
