Noriega, 22, most recently played for the Staten Island FerryHawks of the Atlantic League in 2022. Noriega hit 3 home runs, 6 doubles, and 21 RBIs in 60 games for the FerryHawks. 

Noriega previously spent three seasons in the Los Angeles Dodgers farm system, reaching as high as the Triple-A Oklahoma City Dodgers. Across all three seasons, Noriega hit 3 home runs, 11 doubles, and 36 RBIs across 84 games. 

The backstop will be playing his first year with the RailCats and it will serve as his fifth in pro baseball.
