Bio
David Kay returns to the RailCats following two and a half years as the General Manager for Valpo Athletics Sponsorships.
Kay brings 19 years of experience working within minor league baseball. Most recently served as the Vice President and Assistant General Manager for the RailCats. Prior to joining the RailCats organization, Kay held positions with the Tulsa Drillers, the Arkansas Travelers, and the Carolina Mudcats.
