Noah Harder is the current Head Groundskeeper for the Gary SouthShore RailCats. This will be his first season at this position. Before coming to Gary, Noah worked 4 years with the Kane County Cougars as the Assistant Groundskeeper from 2018-2022. Noah just moved back to the Midwest after spending a year and a half with the Chicago White Sox at their spring training facility in Phoenix Arizona as a Groundskeeper 1.

Noah Harder studied at Olivet Nazarene University on a baseball scholarship, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management with a Minor in Business.
